Web2 okt. 2024 · Cannot make a MS Store theme to run on Win10 64bit after a CLEAN INSTALL. It’s downloaded yet it doesn’t show up in Settings > Personalization > Themes. The theme shortcut appears in start menu, though clicking on it does nothing PLUS it cannot be deleted. MS Store cache reset / app reinstall does NOT fix this.
