WebNov 8, 2024 · It seems that every 'HP Elitedesk 800 G2 SFF' is having this issue. Just to clarify a few things: 1) I have tried replacing all hardware, monitor, DP cable, Power 2) this is happening across 2 different offices 3) all of our other PCs are fine, but every Elitedesk 800 G2 is having this issue. WebWith the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds. Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer. If the computer starts, reconnect the devices one at a time to determine which disc or device is causing the problem. Continue with the troubleshooting to test the hardware for failures.
