Webautomatron doesn't tie into anything and mainly just gives you robot crafting, the plot is pretty minor. i would do one of the larger dlcs first, they're more rewarding. nuka-world eventually gives you income over time and a very good gun (problem solver), but far harbor has an explosive radium rifle so in terms of gameplay bonuses they're not far.
