You need to get that karma first. Also I could imagine that killa is a boss that won't be effected by any amount of your karma but that remains to be seen. That's annoying. WebScav on scav is out of control it needs to be punished more severely. Eventually those that kill you won’t scav anymore because they will have the max negative reputation and they’ll have to wait eons to load in.
