The dealer couldn't find the problem after 3 days but they did indeed replicate the action. Yeah definitely annoying, front end also shakes a bit around 70 mph, but I have yet to do an alignment after all that work, I'm not sure if this would cause that clunking noise, none of the Forums suggested it, but I still plan on getting this done at some point.

I read about noises coming from worn sway bar bushings. I had my mechanic disconnect the sway bars and test-sure enough the noise was gone.
